Our Story: From Ski Bums to Sustainability Leaders
ECO-CLEAN Solutions was founded by long-time friends JB Harris & JT Chevallier, who grew up together in Las Vegas, Nevada before answering the call of the Sierra Nevadas.
Drawn to the mountains, they moved to Lake Tahoe with dreams of embracing the ski bum lifestyle, but over the years, their connection to the outdoors deepened into a sense of responsibility.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, a surge in tourism took a heavy toll on the pristine landscapes they loved. Witnessing this impact firsthand, they realized their passion for the environment could drive real change—and ECO-CLEAN Solutions was born as a way to give back to the places that had given them so much.
Driven by their commitment to sustainability, JB and JT sought innovative, low-impact solutions to protect Tahoe’s ecosystems. This led to the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like BEBOT and PIXIEDRONE to revolutionize beach and waterway cleanups.
What began as a local initiative has grown into a mission-driven company, working with partners and land managers to preserve Tahoe’s beauty through smarter, more effective conservation efforts.
